// about-yoons

Senior engineers. Fixed scope. Your repo, always.

Yoons was built by engineers who spent years inside agencies that sold seniority in the pitch and delivered juniors in the sprint. We built the agency we wanted to hire.

// our-story

Founded after one too many handoffs.

Founder Daniel Yoon spent eight years leading engineering at two large digital agencies. The pattern was always the same: a senior team closed the deal, then a rotating bench of junior contractors delivered the actual sprints.

In 2020 he left to start Yoons with one non-negotiable: every engineer staffed on a project is the same level of senior who scoped it.

Six years in, Yoons is deliberately small u2014 twelve engineers, no account managers between you and the person writing your code.

// what-we-stand-for

Four commitments we don't flex on.

Written scope before a single sprint

Every engagement starts with an estimate and architecture sketch you can hold us to.

Senior engineers, no bench swap

The engineer on your kickoff call is the engineer writing your code in week six.

Your repo, your infrastructure, your IP

Nothing lives in a Yoons-owned environment you can’t access or migrate out of.

A capped active-client roster

We turn away work rather than spread engineers across too many projects.
